one in each of my favorites for a sweet one is Cheesecake filling with sparkling strawberries and authentic whipped cream. I make the filling with cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar, and vanilla. Whip the cream cheese until eventually fluffy; upload sugar and vanilla. Whip slightly extra; fold in Cool Whip. chill. positioned some strawberries contained in the crepe; upload a effective dollop of the cheesecake filling and fold over. proper with sparkling strawberries and whipped cream ... yummy served with a effective cup of espresso (or if fairly decadent - champagne).

Stay away from buffet brunches. Would you really trust the general public to pick through you or your mom's food? Let me reccomend one of my favorites, Teller's of Hyde Park. The food is excellent, and if you're a drinker, the Bloody Mary bar is outstanding. If the weather is nice you can eat on the patio up on the roof. Afterwards, head next door to Grater's for mom's favorite brand of ice cream, and then enjoy it on the square by the fountain.

This is the address of the Grand Finale Restaurant. It is a very nice place for a brunch. It is on the north side of town.
Reservations are needed.
Enjoy.
